ALL YOU NEED TO DO
- Complete an application form with us
- If you are employed, we will require a utility or similar bill, salary slips from the last 3 months, photographic ID (such as a passport), an employer’s reference or contract of employment and a previous landlord reference
- If you are a student, we will require to provide a guarantor; this should be a UK resident who must complete an application form with proof of income. There is also an option to pay the rent due for the whole term in advance.
